Julie Larnard-Newbury is the coach of the Towanda Jr/Sr High School Drama Team (20 years) and the Forensic Team (14years). Her career in teaching included classroom for 22 years, Instructional Support for 7 years, and Enrichment Teacher/Coordinator for 6 years. She is a charter member of the Winding River Players, a community theater group based in Towanda, PA. She has had numerous district champions and national qualifiers in NFL. Her teams have won the NFL Iroquois District Tournament 6 times. Her one-act play team has won both the Regional and the State PHSSL One Act Play Festival.
